2.1. Rights and Obligations of the Provider (Us)

• To provide registration management services according to the specifications announced for each Event.
• To maintain the security and confidentiality of user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• To inform users of any significant changes to the services or to these Terms.

2.2. Rights and Obligations of the User (You)

• To provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information for registration.
• To use the Platform and access to Events only for legal and professional purposes, in accordance with the rules established by the Event organizers.
• Not to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content or data from the Platform without our express written consent.

3. Payments, Invoicing, and Refunds

Prices for services are displayed transparently on the Platform. Invoices are issued electronically. Specific refund conditions are established individually for each Event and are clearly communicated during the registration process. There are no refunds for services already rendered (e.g., issuance of accreditations). Any cancellation fee is subject to the policy of the Event organizer.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet all your specific expectations. Our liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount paid for the services that caused the damages.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, immediately and without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms. You may cease using the Platform at any time by simply stopping access.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
